Participants will gather information to complete a project related to their current studies while traveling throughout Ghana visiting Greater Accra, the Volta Region, Central Region, and Cape Coast.  Project topic examples include, but are not limited to sustainable management of land and environment, food security and emergency preparedness, science and technology applied in food and agriculture development, reduced emissions for deforestation and degradation, wildlife management and public awareness.  Students will also have an opportunity to aid Ghanaian citizens during visits to schools and hospitals.
